Following his retirement as the Managing Director of BDC Capital’s life sciences team, Denis founded a social impact fund and advisory firm for social impact limited partners. Denis has advised national and international clients on strategic and tactical investment decisions in a variety of developing social impact investment markets.

Prior to BDC, Denis was a VP of MDS Capital’s healthcare venture capital team and Partner at KPMG Canada.
