Isabella is a professional sailor, elite cyclist and cookbook author. LinkedIn

Isabella is considered the most decorated Laser Radial athlete in Canada. Her achievements include National sailing champion in 2009, a career high world ranking of 2nd in Laser Radial, two World Cup medals, earning her place as a member of the Canadian Olympic Sailing Team and in 2024 named Team Skipper for Canada’s team that participated in the first women’s race in the history of the America’s Cup in October 2024.

Isabella provides almost twenty years of experience testing innovative products and training strategies as a competitive athlete.

In 2015, Isabella self-published her own cookbook – “Eat, Sleep, Shvitz! – The Cookbook; Food, fitness and wisdom from a chocolate obsessed athlete.” This cookbook includes Isabella’s recommendations for nutritious breakfast options when training – in life, business or for sport!

In 2018, Isabella co-founded an elite women’s cycling team. Also on the roster, competing throughout North America, Isabella became BC’s time trial champion in 2019.
